    Welcome to Flourishing Roots Wellness. I'm Sheena Green, a Certified Usui Reiki Master and Intuitive Wellness Practitioner serving Des Moines and the surrounding areas—and worldwide through distance sessions.

    I specialize in working with empaths, highly sensitive people (HSPs), and intuitives who feel everything deeply. You know that overwhelm when you walk into a crowded room and absorb everyone's emotions? Or when your pet's anxiety becomes your anxiety? That's the energetic sensitivity I help you transform from exhausting burden into your greatest strength.

    My Intuitive Wellness Sessions blend Usui Reiki, intuitive channeling, and crystal energy to help you release what's not yours, balance your chakras, and establish energetic boundaries that actually work in daily life. I also offer Animal Reiki for anxious or recovering pets—because our animals absorb our stress, and their wellbeing is deeply connected to ours.

    Since 2021, I've helped sensitive people and their animal companions move from constant depletion to grounded clarity. My approach honors both ancient wisdom (drawing from my Karay-a Filipino and English ancestry) and practical, modern tools you can use right away.
