What you will do:
- Make calls on accounts that are delinquent
- Interact with customers regarding collections
- Utilize phone and email to request payments from customers
- Assist in coordinating suitable payment arrangements
- Follow up on accounts and document information accordingly
What you will need to be successful:
- Experience with Microsoft Suite
- Excellent communication abilities
- Collections experience is preferred
