Amish Haus Furniture is Locally Owned and featuring products made in the USA. Amish Haus has been serving the state of Iowa since 1996. We represent customizable products from over 60 Amish Craftsmen here in the Midwest. In addition, we offer a full line of upholstery, mattresses and accessories.
Amish Haus Furniture is looking for a Design Consultant to join our established team. We are a locally owned business with a friendly atmosphere and a focus on the customer. Amish Haus offers you the opportunity to design and sell the highest quality furniture built here in the Midwest. We provide you the tools to be successful in sales, while enhancing our customer’s homes with heirloom quality furniture with today’s look.
Imagine working in an environment full of heirloom quality furniture complimented with hand crafted accessories and wide range of fabrics, woods and finishes available to create exclusive designs for our customers. We have four brands of upholstery including Norwalk, Simply Amish, Elran and Fjords.
We offer a competitive benefit package including paid training, employee discounts, and vacation/holiday pay for full time employees. This is a wage plus commission position, and is perfect for a self-motivated, creative person who enjoys inspiring others.

· Maintain the store appearance and cleanliness

Qualifications
· Enthusiastic personality and the ability to work well with others on the team
· Desire to create a beautiful home for your client
· Motivation to reach your personal income goals
· Strong listening, verbal and written communication
· Prefer a minimum of a 2 Year Degree
· Must be able to work Saturdays
· Reliable Transportation for home visits
· Possesses a strong sense of design fundamentals
