Bryan is the founder and co-owner  of Kaizen Health and Wellness. After completing his doctorate in Physical Therapy from Des Moines University, Bryan received a direct commission into the U.S. Navy and served for five years at Naval Hospitals in Bremerton, WA and Okinawa, Japan.The military provided him with extensive clinical and managerial experiences. During his time in the Navy, Bryan completed a musculoskeletal residency and became a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS). In 2019, following his military service, Bryan moved back to the Des Moines metro and started Kaizen Health and Wellness. Kaizen is the Japanese word for “continuous improvement” or “change for the better.” 

My name is Mike Bladzik, I am orignally from Ionia, Michigan. I moved to Iowa about 6 years ago, but my path did not start in the Des Moines area. My first stop in Iowa was in Iowa City, where I worked with Learfield Amplify to sell tickets and ticketing packages for the University of Iowa. I was there for about 5 years and moved my way up from Account Executive to Sales Manager. I loved my time in Iowa City, but words cannot describe how happy I am to be working with the Iowa Wild now as their Director of Ticket Sales and Service! As Project Manager and Estimator for JC Toland Painting, I am responsible for helping clients through the bid meeting, proposal, project commencement and closeout process. With over 18 years of experience in the construction world, and 12 years experience in the 'client satisfaction' side of the trades, I've been able to help thousands of clients reach their goals by meeting them where they’re at. 

Outside of my professional role, I am your classic ‘avid outdoorsman’ who enjoys all sorts of hobbies in the natural world; hiking and skiing mountains, kayaking local lakes and rivers, mountain biking at home and out of state, motorcycling, golfing, hunting, camping, traveling and more. When I’m not out there, I’m likely to be found at the gym, trying a new recipe, having a drink with friends, building/painting something, or watching the latest show with my girlfriend and our fur-buddy Quavo (coolest cat around).
