Lynsey Mulder: Empowering Confidence and Elevating Your Energy

Topic: Lynsey Mulder is a dynamic speaker, elite coach, and SparkLife Connoisseur renowned for her ability to empower individuals, teams, and organizations to unlock their full potential, ignite passion, and take decisive action. With a diverse background as a C-suite executive, entrepreneur, and non-profit founder, Lynsey's favorite role is being a mom to four amazing boys. Drawing from her extensive experience, she brings expertise and a passion for empowering others to achieve lasting change. Lynsey captivates audiences with engaging stories, practical tools, and energizing exercises. Her relatable and high-impact approach leaves listeners motivated to pursue intentional growth and achieve extraordinary results.

Officer Meagan Cowden: Situational Awareness & Public Safety	Topic: Urbandale Police Department’s Officer Cowden and Officer Coggeshall will lead an eye-opening session focused on situational awareness and public safety. With real-world insights and practical advice, they’ll share strategies to help you stay alert, make smart decisions, and respond effectively in uncertain situations. Whether you’re at work, out in the community, or online, this engaging presentation will empower you with the tools and mindset needed to enhance your personal safety and help protect those around you. Officer Cowden has been a certified Police Officer since 2008. Officer Cowden joined the Urbandale Police Department in 2017. Officer Cowden worked as a Patrol Officer from 2017 to 2022 when she moved to the Support Services Division and began her role as a Community Relations Officer. Officer Cowden is a Field Training Officer, a Standardized Field Sobriety Test Instructor, a R.A.D Instructor, an ALICE Instructor, a Drone Pilot, a Car Seat Technician and is a Crime Scene Investigator. Officer Cowden is also on the Peer Support Team and has been assigned to the Honor Guard. Officer Cowden has a bachelor’s degree in criminology from the University of Northern Iowa.  Officer Cowden is married, has two daughters and three dogs!
Officer Kristin Coggeshall Situational Awareness & Public Safety	Community Service Officer Coggeshall was raised/lived in Urbandale and graduated from UHS, she attended DMACC Ankeny and graduated with an AA degree in criminal justice with a law enforcement emphasis in May of 2015. She moved on to Purdue University Global and graduated in the top ten students of her class summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice in December of 2018. Shortly before graduation, CSO Coggeshall accepted a position with the Polk County Sheriff’s office as a 911 dispatcher in September of 2018.  As of February 2022, CSO Coggeshall began her career with the Urbandale Police Department as a community service officer.  She assists the officers in the support services division with developing and maintaining community relationships and programs.
Brigid Green and Dr. Jean Paul: Breast Density Education & Breast Cancer Awareness	Topic: Hear from the inspiring women behind the Iowa Army of Pink as they share how a grassroots movement turned into a powerful force for community support and breast cancer awareness. Attendees will hear firsthand stories of courage, connection, and creativity—highlighting how a simple act of kindness can grow into a statewide network of hope. Whether you're a nonprofit professional, a business leader, or someone looking to make a difference, this session will leave you energized and ready to channel your passion into purposeful action. Brigid Greening Brigid is Co-President of the Iowa Army of Pink. They work to educate the public on breast density and advocate for women regarding breast imaging issues. In addition, she is a substitute teacher at Dowling Catholic High School. She is a wife and mother of 4 adult children. She is an 8 year breast cancer survivor. Dr. Jean M. Paul, DO Jean is retired from an active Family Practice but is actively involved in post-doctoral training as a Community Preceptor at MercyOne Family Practice Residency. She is Co-President of the Iowa Army of Pink; educating the public on the  importance of understanding breast density and how it affects the risk of developing breast cancer. They have most recently been active at the Iowa Legislature working to improve accessibility/affordability to supplemental breast imaging. She is a 7 year breast cancer survivor.

Kimberley Jackman  Firefly Wellness Creating Mindset Shifts

Topic: "Creating Mindset Shifts": Introduction to key areas of health and wellbeing. What would you attempt if you knew anything was possible? Get centered. Reality. Attitude. Motivation. Kimberley Jackman has been in the health and fitness industry for 22 years! She is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Certified Well-being coach, Personal trainer and Ergonomist.  Her company, Firefly Wellness, is a bright mix of wellness offerings for individuals and organizations. As a wellness leader, Kimberley offers coaching and consulting services that enrich the lives of employees and the establishments they serve. Her energizing programs provide a safe space for people to be themselves, feel supported and encouraged to manage life the best way they know how. Kimberley is a single Mama of two daughters and enjoys boating, snow skiing, playing cards, cooking & drive-in movies!
