Join the event here. This event will include visuals. Please use the desktop version of Webex, if possible. See instructions below.
At the time of the meeting,
1. Click the meeting link.
2. Download the Webex desktop application when prompted. Webex may ask you to download an application to access the meeting.
3. Sign-in to Webex. Simply enter your first and last name and your email to join the meeting.
4. Click "Join Meeting". Webex will automatically connect your audio and video. You may also choose to call into the meeting using the call-in information provided below if you do not have a microphone on your computer.
5. Introduce yourself! We will ask you to introduce yourself upon joining the meeting. After, please mute your audio using the Mute/Unmute button. This helps guard against audio feedback.
