Event Description:
The Urbandale Uplift Project is a one-day, afternoon event where volunteer teams donate their time to complete rewarding projects in the community. You and other genYP members will put together a team of volunteers and identify and choose from a curated list of projects to choose from. The captain will claim your project and coordinate details. Projects benefit area non-profits, parks and service providers.
GenYP members will RSVP to be on one team to accomplish one project together. We will meet at Walker Johnston Park on October 12th at 11:30 to have lunch. You then will carpool to the project area at 1pm and stay until 4pm.
