Event Description:
Imperfect Pathways & Bishop's Elite Martial Arts is hosting a Self-Defense Event. Join us to equip yourself with crucial knowledge and techniques, empowering you to proactively enhance personal safety and confidence in navigating various situations. This event is open to the public at not cost, however you must register as spots are limited and we do ask you donate to one of our charities.
We have presentations, demos, & free resources available the day of the event. Jane Nady with Imperfect Pathways, Ryan Bishop with Bishop's Martial Arts and Megan Cowden with the Urbandale Police Department will be speaking at the event.
We want each participant to learn, feel confident, and gather practical tools to navigate situations without allowing fear take the wheel. We're here to help you feel safe, strong, and ready for whatever life throws your way.
