Porc & Pinot Noir
CultureALL is thrilled to partner with the River Center again this year to bring you a taste of the Loire Valley along with the delicious flavors of black pork and black wine: Porc & Pino Noir!
The event features Cinta Senese Black Italian heirloom Pork preparations by visiting Loire Valley French chefs, plus rare never before, never again Pinot Noir wine introduced by John Balletto, owner of Bolletto Vineyards, Winemaker Anthony Beckman, and National Sales Director Nick Frey.
The evening includes a French cooking demonstration of winning recipes from the 2018 Concurs Loire Valley Chefs Association France, made possible through a partnership with the Iowa Culinary Institute. The Chefs will demonstrate and then sample Porc preparations for your enjoyment. Also for your sampling, the best of Pork from La Quercia & Berkwood Farms.

The deliciousness of Black grapes and Black pigs come together where the rivers meet in Des Moines Iowa for one night only. A curated assemblage of tastes you will long remember. A portion of the evening's proceeds support CultureAll and l'association Cuisiniers de la Loire.
