A former college volleyball player at DMACC and Buena Vista University, Carissa transferred to the University of Northern Iowa to study Health Promotion, where a passion for wellness and helping others truly took shape. After working as a group fitness instructor and in leadership at Orangetheory Fitness, Carissa discovered a deeper calling to inspire personal and professional growth. This led to joining Dale Carnegie, where for nearly three years Carissa has thrived as both a trainer and account executive—building meaningful relationships and empowering others to reach their potential. Guided by the Dale Carnegie principle to “put enthusiasm into your work,” Carissa brings energy, authenticity, and purpose to every interaction. |
