WENDI FREDREGILL - In2it Digital

In2It Digital is a boutique marketing agency based in Des Moines, Iowa. They specialize in heartfelt design and marketing services for leaders and companies.

She also co-hosts a YouTube show and podcast, called ?Your Sasstastic Life? with Tricia Rivas. She has a love for coffee, the ocean, and all things personal growth! She loves spending time with her family and friends, kayaking, and listening to music.

John Irving - Tri-City Electric

John Irving has spent his entire career in the electrical industry working for three electrical contractors. He is currently the President of the Central Iowa Division of Tri-City Electric Co.   Tri-City, founded in 1895 and based in Davenport, Iowa, is the oldest and largest electrical contractor in Iowa and is the 37^th largest in the U.S.  When they decided to open a second office in Des Moines in 2019, John accepted challenge to start up the office for them as employee number one.  Today, they have an office staff of 19 and 138 electricians, data technicians, fiber installers, audio visual specialists, and solar installers working on job sites.  The Des Moines office is currently managing projects in 14 additional states. 

John believes networking is the key to success in every business.  He is a past president of the Urbandale Chamber of Commerce and has served on the Urbandale Community Action Council and the Urbandale Economic Development Advisory Board.

Jeff Russell - Delta Dental of Iowa

Jeff Russell has more than 20 years? experience in senior leadership roles, leading companies of a variety of sizes: from start-ups to established companies embarking on transformation efforts. He has consistently focused on using technology to deliver a customer-centric experience.
 
As a not-for-profit insurance carrier, Delta Dental of Iowa provides dental, vision and legal benefits to more than 1,600,000 members through commercial and government programs. Since 2002, more than $62 million has been contributed to improving the health and smiles of Iowans through the company?s Community Impact Program and the Delta Dental of Iowa Foundation.
 
Prior to Delta Dental, he led a variety of companies in the banking and payments industry. He was president and CEO of TMG Financial Services, starting it in 2007. He helped grow it to be one of the 30 largest Mastercard issuers in the United States and earned a spot on the Inc. 500 list of fastest growing companies in 2012. He also held various executive positions for The Members Group, a financial technology and payments company, including heading the marketing, technology, product development and finance units.
 
A graduate of Drake University, Mr. Russell currently serves on several boards and committees, including the executive committees of the Greater Des Moines Partnership Board, the ChildServe Board of Directors and the national Delta Dental Plans Association. He is a director for Connectify HR and InsuranceMenu and is on the Capital Crossroads 3.0 Steering Committee. Some of his past involvement includes serving as past chair of the Global Insurance Accelerator and as past president of the Federation of Iowa Insurers, Iowa Healthiest State Initiative and the Rotary Club of Des Moines, A.M.

Dave Leto is the President & CEO of Palmer Group, a full-service talent solutions firm that was founded in 1998. Palmer Group is 100% Employee-Owned and headquartered in West Des Moines, Iowa with additional offices in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Dave is approaching 25-years in the employment industry and joined Palmer Group in 2004.  He has held multiple roles during his time with the organization. Palmer Group?s services include temporary and contract staffing, direct-hire placement, retained executive search, IT project solutions/managed services, candidate evaluation and assessment, along with career transition services. Emily is a creative entrepreneur on a mission to help individuals + business owners create a bigger impact with their presence online and offline.
