Urbandale Chamber of Commerce Announces Business Conference Break-out Session Speakers
(Des Moines, IA) The Urbandale Chamber of Commerce, a five-star accredited chamber, will once again host the second-annual Central Iowa Business Conference on September 26, 2018 at the Holiday Inn Hotel and Conference Center, Des Moines Airport. Eleven break-out sessions and three keynotes pack this conference full of relevant thought leaders and trending business topics.
The one-day event will invite hundreds of central Iowa business professionals to Des Moines to experience eye-opening and inspirational business insights, professional development on a variety of business topics and top-level speakers. Three keynote speakers and eleven breakout sessions will bring over 20 thought leaders and CEOs together for one powerful day of insight and learning.
Break-out Session Speakers
This year’s break-out sessions get to the heart of business challenges and explore experiential solutions, advice and applications local CEOs and entrepreneurs have successfully implemented. Event goers will get up close and personal with Iowa CEOs and company presidents like Tony Hogan of Kreg Tool Company, Mike Rice of Aureon Consulting, Jeff Russell of Delta Dental, Pat Geary of Story Construction, Don DeWaay of The Profit Zone, and Mike Wagner of White Rabbit Group.
Topics include: executive leadership success, managing virtual employees, winning the talent war with today’s new employee benefits, translating company culture to bottom-line profits and navigating new tax laws for companies.
Melissa Bercier, PhD, LCSW will make the trip from Chicago to Iowa next week to dig deeper into the business insights she first gained from keynote speaker, Les McKeown.
