DES MOINES, Iowa (Oct. 17, 2018) – U.S. Cellular will host an “Internet of Things (IoT) and Innovations in Business Solutions” event in Des Moines with a special guest – Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak.
As part of U.S. Cellular’s Business Tech Tour on Oct. 30 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Grand Ballroom of the Iowa Events Center, Wozniak will host an 11:30 a.m. fireside chat and audience Q&A about how IoT technology and wireless innovations can enhance operations for Iowa businesses.
Following the discussion with Wozniak, there will be an interactive IoT expo and panel discussions that feature experts from IBM, CyberReef, Data2Go, GPS Trackit, LEC Inc., 151 Advisors and others, along with U.S. Cellular customers who use IoT technology in their businesses today.
Attendees will see demonstrations of technology in action and be able to hear from authorities in security, emerging technologies, business continuity and how to set realistic expectations for IoT implementation and ROI.
