| BerganKDV is excited to announce that we signed a merger opportunity with HSMC Orizon, with an expected close date of November 1, with locations in Omaha, NE and Kansas City, MO. |

The partnership brings together two leading professional services firms whose primary mission is to help clients find solutions to their complex business, financial and technology challenges.
HSMC Orizon, who will adopt the BerganKDV name and brand to further expand its presence throughout the Midwest, is a premier accounting and technology firm. The organization provides accounting, tax, consulting, wealth advisory and technology services to business clients in a number of industries including distribution, manufacturing, professional services, construction, nonprofit and governmental entities.
This merger fits well into our vision of growing our team of experts and geographic footprint in the Midwest.
