The first-ever TAB Way Award was granted to Des Moines Business Owner Roger Stalheim
Denver, Colorado | September 7, 2017:  Roger Stalheim, President, The Alternative Board (TAB) Des Moines Metro, received the inaugural TAB Way Award at the recent International Facilitator’s Conference for TAB.

The TAB Way is The Alternative Board’s overall philosophy, and the way that we do business. It encompasses four distinct areas: Value, Culture, Brand and Experience. The TAB Way Award is a new addition to the International Facilitator’s Conference, and it is granted to a TAB Business Owner who’s truly embraced that TAB Way of doing business.

Stalheim believes in the mission of TAB and strives to fulfill that mission in his local area. In fact, his belief in and use of the TAB Way has helped him to grow his own business considerably.

“Roger has demonstrated what true belief in and a strong implementation of The TAB Way can accomplish,” says Jason Zickerman, TAB Boards International president and CEO. “He took his TAB business from an unknown entity to incredibly successful with this belief, and I couldn’t think of a more deserving TAB Business Owner for this award.”

Stalheim received the award amidst a standing ovation of TAB Business Owners from across the globe, an honor he was truly appreciative of.

“I was overwhelmed with honor, and I was stunned by the standing ovation! To be recognized in front of my peers as a role model of ‘can do’ and ‘succeeding against all odds’ is gigantic in my life!” Stalheim says. “To have the whole the world’s TAB business owners to be 100 percent behind the honor is beyond words.”

“I hope I can inspire, bring hope and be an encouragement to those struggling to get back up and face where they’re at—to face their own fears and achieve their own dreams. That would be the best award of all,” he adds.

In Addition, Roger L. Stalheim was invited for the Third consecutive year to be part of the elite group of international business coaches called  the “TOP TIER”. This group has a capacity of 13 members in any one year. Only the top 1% of Business coaches have the distinction of being “TOP TIER”.
This group are the record holders on businesses achieving Greater Sales, Greater profits, helping their clients achieve work/life balance and their clients are better able to deal with people /organizational issues. The net promoter score for this group is 8.6/10.
