Mail Services is a full service print-to-mail facility. We are headquartered in Urbandale, Iowa and have expanded our business to include three sister organizations in Sioux Falls, South Dakota; Bismarck, North Dakota; and Springfield, Missouri. We provide a full spectrum of print-to-mail, presort, parcel processing, and digital solutions for our clients. In addition, we have a fleet of vehicles to provide daily or on call courier and delivery services - whether we are picking up your PO Box mail from the USPS each morning, or transporting between your multiple facilities. We service the Des Moines metro, the Cedar Rapids to Iowa City corridor, the Omaha, Nebraska region, and Kansas City market.

We print a vast array of printed communications including critical mail pieces such as, billing statements, invoices, collection notices, cancellation notices, insurance and financial statements, and tax documents. We can also print and mail your marketing mail including postcards, newsletters, flyers, and direct mail pieces. In addition to our print, save postage on all your mailings from our presort and mailing services.
