I have lived in Urbandale since moving here from Minnesota in 2006.  I have 4 kids, one in college at U of South Dakota, two at Urbandale High School and one at Urbandale Middle School.  I opened Fully Promoted this year.  Fully Promoted is locally owned and operated by me.  It is a franchise, so I do have global reach!  I really enjoy meeting new people and learning about your business!  Please reach out if you ever have any questions about what I do, or if you would like to grab a coffee!

I firmly believe that the key to successfully adopting any transformational change within an organization is measured by how successfully you shape the behaviors needed to support it. To make this happen, a combination of leadership, enthusiasm, and fostering an environment built on a continuous improvement mindset is essential.

I develop relationships. This starts with a conversation. You understand the needs of your potential and/or current client, I uncover what is important to them and I meet their needs to put together a fantastic entertainment experience that they’ll want to come back for year after year.

For over 20 years of working for a professional hockey team and entertainment arena, I helped develop over 500 interpersonal relationships with all the different departments I was involved with on a yearly basis. This is how I sum up my career. I help people fall in love with their sports and entertainment experiences. I get people excited about their upcoming event(s) by organizing and servicing their experience from start to after the event has finished. This builds trust with my clients. It provides them incentive to want to come back and refer their friends, family and business associates to get involved as well. 

Bryan is the founder and co-owner  of Kaizen Health and Wellness. After completing his doctorate in Physical Therapy from Des Moines University, Bryan received a direct commission into the U.S. Navy and served for five years at Naval Hospitals in Bremerton, WA and Okinawa, Japan.The military provided him with extensive clinical and managerial experiences. During his time in the Navy, Bryan completed a musculoskeletal residency and became a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS). In 2019, following his military service, Bryan moved back to the Des Moines metro and started Kaizen Health and Wellness. Kaizen is the Japanese word for “continuous improvement” or “change for the better.”
