Manager Boot Camp

You have been given the opportunity to manage others because you do your job well. Unfortunately, what got you your promotion – your technical skills – may not sustain you. Being a manager can require a whole new set of skills. This course builds on the current skills you have and provides a survival kit of essential management skills. The full-day training session provides practical "real life" examples, scenarios and techniques to enable you to navigate your new manager landmines.
