In this session, we will cover seven skills that will help you be a better presenter whether your presentation is person-to-person, over the telephone or other forms of technology, in a meeting or in a formal presentation to a group. In this session, participants will: Understand the importance of presentation skills in their personal and professional success Learn to identify the needs of the audience prior to presenting Prepare to develop an outline for their presentation Learn ways to open and close a presentation with impact Consider techniques to overcome nervousness to become more natural in presentations.
