Stephanie Majeran is a CPA, which stands for both Certified Public Accountant, but also, and more importantly, Creative Problem-solving Adviser. She is the owner of WellRun Results, LLC, specializing in financial, tax, and data solutions. She has over ten years of experience across a broad range of areas including income tax, data analysis, research, and higher education. She has a B.S. in accounting from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Leadership Development with an emphasis on entrepreneurship and small business from Drake University. She is also a group exercise instructor, runner, Excel geek, dentist's wife, and mother to an adorably active toddler and tiny furry running buddy. She is passionate about educating others to make all numbers, if not fun, then at least less scary!
Dan Meyer joined the Business Brokers, Inc. in 2016 as a business sales agent. At TBB Inc., Dan helps to bring buyers and sellers together for the purpose of a successful business transaction. He has served on the Board of the Urbandale Education Foundation since 2013 and was a member of the Hyperion Field Club Board of Directors from 2013-2017. Prior to this, he was in the field of Education for 34 years. The final 16 years he was the Principal at Urbandale Middle School where he was named Iowa’s Middle School Principal of the Year in 2008.
 
 
Ryan Mills is an Intuit Certified Advanced QuickBooks ProAdvisor and founder of Clarity Accounting Services, Inc., where Ryan provides consulting and training to help business owners leverage the power of managerial accounting through integrated bookkeeping practices.
Ryan has worked with well over 200 small and mid-sized businesses, establishing functional bookkeeping systems and assisting in the development of procedural manuals to help ensure success after the training is complete. Ryan often transforms bookkeeping functions from hours into minutes. Business owners struggling to get solid managerial reporting out of QuickBooks with their current staff will know more, it will cost less, and they will get it faster.
Sommer Sharon started Sleigh Consulting in 2005. Previous to starting Sleigh Consulting, Sommer held editorial, research and project management positions in the magazine & book publishing industry before advancing into the website development and management area. Sommer has had the pleasure of working with a wide range of industries to create actionable content, and to help clients maximize their website presence. Experience working with search engines and algorithms inspired Sommer to develop Sleigh Consulting’s SEO offerings to help businesses harness the power of an optimized search engine presence. Not only does she continue to help companies write great content, and produce their website content, but she can also help them reach their intended (+ best, most relevant) audience through the power of a strong SEO strategy.
 
 
Michael Smith is an Assistant Vice President and Commercial Relationship Banker at VisionBank. Michael developed his banking skills as a retail bank manager over 13 years. During that time he realized his passion was working with business owners and quickly became recognized as a business banking leader in the banks he worked for. In 2016, he made the decision to became a full time commercial lender at VisionBank in Ames. Since then he has been
promoted to the head of Cash Management for VisionBank and works to create new banking programs designed to make banking easier for business owners.
Tiffany Tokarz, CPBA, CPMA, & MS in Leadership & Organizational Development Psychology, is an Intentional Growth Strategist with Modern Muse Consulting. She has been working with sales professionals and business owners to create intentional results by increasing productivity & profitability in a predictable way for over a decade. Due to her accomplishments both academically and in business, she was recently accepted into Faculty Row. Faculty Row is an invite-only organization that includes Fullbright Scholars, TED Talk Speakers and countless accomplished academics.
 
 
Jaclyn Hayek is an experienced Business Development Professional supporting organizations going through real estate change with strategic planning and project implementation services. Jaclyn is committed to our community through her work on the Economic Development Advisory Board for the City of Urbandale and the Economic Development Committee for The Greater Des Moines Partnership. She sits on the Government Policy Committee for the Partnership, ABI Statewide Business Development Steering Committee, MPO Smart City Round Table and represents her industry and professional organizations in several leadership roles.
