Building Collaborative Relationships through Behavior Styles DiSC®

Collaboration takes at least two!  Understanding yourself well increases the likelihood you will be a strong collaborator.  ATW Training Solutions will help you Develop strategies to work effectively with others to further ensure the success of those collaborative efforts. 

Prior to training, you will complete the Everything DiSC® Workplace behavioral styles assessment administered by ATW and you’ll use your personalized report to unveil your natural reactions to others and to plan how to increase your effectiveness with them.  You’ll leave this overview with tips to keep you focused on collaboration when it matters most – when things get tense and when problems need solved.
 
Expect to:

• Explore the DiSC® model and behavioral styles, as well as the priorities that drive you during your workday
• Identify what works for you and what challenges you when working with each style
• Learn how others have bridged their differences when using DiSC® and create your own action plan for working more collaboratively

 
$59 which includes Everything DiSC Workplace behavioral styles assessment.  Registrations for this class will be accepted up until September 19th.  On September 20th, assessments will be sent for completion prior to the session on September 26th.
